Subject: Prayer for allotment of Shop Room No. 02. and No-03 at Aul Block RMC Market Complex

Sir,

I, Sri Jagannath Mohanty, Managing Director Aul Agro Producer Company Limited At/P O-Aul District - Kendrapada, Odisha, resident of At–Endol, P.O.–Aul, District–Kendrapara, Odisha, most respectfully beg to submit this application for kind consideration.

That I had applied for allotment of two shop room at the Aul Block RMC Market Complex for our FPO on Dt. 05.02.2022 for the purpose of running a business dealing in agricultural machinery, seeds, fertilizers, and pesticides for the benefit of local farmers. And another one for purchasing and selling farmers outputs. That I was applied for this permitted by the then Secretary Sri Ajay Kumar Rout, in the presence of subordinate officer Sri Amar Babu, to proceed further. Pursuant thereto, I deposited a sum of ₹20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand only) online on 13.08.2023 as required.

That despite repeated personal visits to your office after such deposit, the shop room has not yet been allotted to me.

I therefore most humbly pray that your good office may be pleased to allot Shop Room No. 02 and No- 03 at the Aul Block RMC Market Complex in my favour for our FPO at the earliest, in the interest of justice and fairness.

And for this act of kindness, I shall ever remain grateful.
