Subject: Legal Notice for allotment of Shop Room No. 02 at Aul Block RMC Market Complex
Sir,
Under the instructions and on behalf of my client Sri Jagannath Mohanty, S/o ________, resident of At–Endol, P.O.–Aul, District–Kendrapara, Odisha, I hereby serve upon you the following legal notice:
That my client had applied for allotment of a shop room in the Aul Block RMC Market Complex on 05.02.2022 for the purpose of carrying on business in agricultural machinery, seeds, fertilizers, and pesticides.
That the then Secretary Sri Ajay Kumar Rout, in the presence of subordinate officer Sri Amar Babu, was pleased to give verbal assurance for allotment of the said shop room in favour of my client.
That acting upon such assurance, my client deposited a sum of ₹20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand only) online on 13.08.2023 towards the said allotment.
That despite repeated visits and requests made by my client to your office, no allotment has been made till date, which amounts to negligence, deficiency in service, and arbitrary administrative inaction.
That my client is entitled to allotment of Shop Room No. 02 at Aul Block RMC Market Complex, and your failure to act is causing financial loss and hardship to my client.
Therefore, through this notice, you are hereby called upon to:
Allot Shop Room No. 02 at Aul Block RMC Market Complex to my client forthwith;
OR
Refund the deposited amount of ₹20,000/- with applicable interest.
You are further called upon to comply with the above within 15 (fifteen) days from the date of receipt of this notice, failing which my client shall be constrained to initiate appropriate legal proceedings against you before the competent court/forum at your risk as to cost and consequences.
A copy of this notice is retained in my office for future reference.
